Michael Dunn
President, Seawood North

Mr. Dunn is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in Central Florida. He aligns Seawood Builders’ corporate vision with attracting new customers that allow for growth through targeted development. Michael leads Seawood’s relationship building efforts in the central region of the State. He also acts in a project executive capacity for projects currently underway.

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Dunn is an accomplished and results-focused professional with extensive experience in managing top initiatives in business development and contract management of multimillion-dollar projects.

Notable accomplishments include increasing revenue by more than $30M in less than three years at Harlan Construction in Virginia and managing more than $700M worth of construction projects over the span of an illustrious career in the Southeastern United States.

Mr. Dunn is LEED AP BD+C certified and holds building construction licenses in Florida and Tennessee.

Michael is an avid mountain biker and enjoys studying economics as a hobby. He has an affinity for LM3, a sustainable economic program based on local economies and community multipliers
