Giving back is important to Seawood Builders. All of our employees are dedicated to improving the neighborhoods they live and work in through volunteering, fundraising, corporate sponsorships, donations and in-kind donations. We take pride in supporting meaningful programs and partnerships that work to secure a brighter future.

In addition to the organizations listed below, Seawood Builders and its employees participate in several fun networking and fundraising activities and events. Most recent, our team did the U.S. Green Building Council – Miami Green Mile 5k Run/Walk in Miami Beach.

The Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce is a business advocacy organization. The Chamber leads economic development by supporting the growth of businesses while helping to attract and establish new businesses as well as fostering a healthy and inclusive business environment. Betty Masi, Partner at Seawood Builders, is currently the Chairperson for the Board of Directors and all Seawood Builder employees actively attend meetings and events.

JDRF is the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. With Chapters all over the country, Ed Masi, Partner at Seawood Builders, was the first three-time Chairman for the JDRF South Florida Chapter and worked to raise thousands of dollars for research.

Tri-County Animal Rescue is a 100% no-kill, nonprofit animal shelter working to prevent the killing of over 170,000 unwanted pets in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties each year. Since their inception, they have saved over 55,000 domestic animals from being euthanized, placing them in homes through their adoption center. Seawood Builders is proud to donate much needed items collected at their staff events to the Tri-County Animal Rescue.

SOS Children's Villages - Florida is a foster care neighborhood in Coconut Creek that consists of twelve houses serving as home for up to 75 boys and girls. SOS creates a nurturing and vibrant environment with an array of services to help children overcome their past traumas and build successful futures. Seawood Builders is proud to be a Chairman’s Circle Platinum Member donating over $75,000 to the organization. In addition, our employees attend SOS networking and fundraising events as well as volunteer their time.
